I’ve been a bit absent…

Well I had a whole month to sit down and write. Late summer, early Fall is my time. I feel creative, energetic, and most alive. Squash, hot coffee, apples .. all the good stuff!

But life had other plans for us. Since I last wrote, life has been topsy turvy, sometimes literally.

My husband was in a single car rollover, three rolls along a hill to be exact, in the middle of Idaho. He walked away, but we are still dealing with injuries, healing, and questions. Every person said he was lucky, plain and simple, as that should not have been a survivable accident. Staples in his head, broken ribs, minor cuts, and he is here to talk about it.

So there is that.

And then there is this.

Our cable company had to come out because of unknown interference in our lines.

Our phone lines were not working right, other people talking.

Our cell phones were messed up for a bit and had to be taken in as well.

And a bit more of that.

We all were sick with something, and then were not sick, and then were sick.

And a good part of this and that.

We are here.

So, I am back, we are all getting better in one way or another. And we are moving forward. It feels good to be writing again.

Nancy
