We all know the rhyme – Little Miss Muffet sat on her tuffet eating her CURDS & WHEY …
Well it turns out her curds & whey were actually Junket Pudding – a raw kefir based pudding that has a silkier texture than flan!
It is mostly a recipe that has been lost, maybe lost for over 150 years, but you can find the recipes and the benefits.
We are dedicating this summer to cheeses that were made over 150 years ago.
WHY?
Well cheeses today focus on monocultures to activate the bacteria to create a cheese. Over 150 years ago, cheese were activated by the wild strains of kefir culture.

FINAL WINTER MARKET AT THE FAIRGROUNDS
We will be at the fairgrounds this SATURDAY for the final winter farmers market.

KIDS GOING HOME / KIDS FOR SALE
These two 4H kids from Wilsall spent three hours with us the other morning and went home with two of our goats.
We have had goats going home a little here and there – if you are interested let us know. Out of the 21 kids we’ve had so far – 14 are reserved. But we still have great goats to choose from, and one Doe still due!
