FROM JAMES – MAPLE SYRUP TIME, TIME TO STOCK UP!
”I am planning my annual run to Bozeman with maple syrup. We are planning for delivery on a day between May 5th and May 12th. Not positive on timing yet. Prices are the same as last year with –
quarts being $18
half gallons $35
gallons $68
Solid crop again this year, flavors are good, and we have light and dark. Some years the light is really beyond belief but I would say that is a once in 10 year type crop variation. Light is very good but not crazy like that one year where the flavors were super complex. The dark is definitely super good again with solid dark maple flavor and color.

Let me know questions and Ill be sending out confirmation of receipt of your orders within a day or two of getting your order. Ill also send out emails a week or so before I am scheduled to arrive and then the day before arrival confirming delivery date and time….planning on Bogart Park as usual but planning a little later in the day likely 1-3pm but that is to be determined.

CLASSES / TOURS
Our farm is animal focused, animal centered, which allows us to do so much with growing what we need, processing, creating, fermenting, and building.
We will be adding classes this week that we have had some requests for, we hope you can join us.
ALSO! Our busiest TOUR season is now upon us. If you, you and your friends and family, your school, etc would like to come for an Education Tour, this is the time to start scheduling, we do book up through September.
