Getting started again …

I haven’t been absent from writing, I have just been writing for others and posting over at SEXY BEAST for the past couple of months. If you want to read about the SEXY BEAST litter, or watch some of their adorable videos right up until the day they went to their new homes, well pop on over there.

It has been a privilege to document their development, and the beginning of their lives.

As for our home, we decided to keep two of the pups from our first breeding.

Please welcome, Mama Beetz and Massimo! They have their own playlist on our YOUTUBE CHANNEL and are taking over our INSTAGRAM, so if you want to follow along with their adventures, please go on over and subscribe.

As always, when a new puppy enters our home, we get way less sleep, things get super busy, seemingly chaotic, but a feeling of fresh and new kind of permeates everything, it is just all around yummy, and for sure gives me a renewed purpose, something that I love.

We are playing, training, exploring, and introducing these two Sexy Beasts to the world, one puppy step at a time.

This morning we were all up about a half hour before sunrise, not because of the puppies, but rather the cacophony of song birds, cars, honking geese, and train whistles. It was gorgeous out, a great temperature, no wind, the garden starting to grow after a long winter, and then the sunrise. Perfection really.

Enjoy the sunrise in the garden photos – Nancy

  1. How did you come up with the names? I love unique names for dogs. I doubt I will ever have a “Max” or a “sugar,” and definitely not a “cupcake.” 😉
